The COVID-19 virus has changed our lives a lot in the past few weeks. With social distancing policies in place and many services shut down or restricted, it’s even harder to deal with inconvenient issues, like a car breaking down, for instance. And with public transport being reduced, cars are more important than ever. To help combat all this uncertainty, we’ve adapted some of our services to have remote alternatives. That way you can get the services you need while keeping both you and our employees safe.

Available Remote Services
We’ve adapted many of our regular services to online and remote versions. Here are a few of them:
Home delivery test drives
Online/mail-in paperwork for potential buyers
Vehicle pick-up/drop-off for basic maintenance, like oil changes, tires rotations, etc.
Drop-off service system to reduce potential interactions
Secure mobile pay options for repair work
Alternative transportation, such as Uber/Lyft, loaners and rentals, and courtesy shuttling
Parts can be ordered online/over the phone and shipped directly to your door
We want you to feel safe without sacrificing our high standards of service. If you prefer to do things in person and come into our facilities, you won’t have to worry. We actively clean and sanitize customer touchpoints throughout the day. We also reduced our seating, spacing out the remaining seats to better follow social distancing rules.
