The 2023 Mazda CX-9 comes equipped with a turbocharged SKYACTIV® -G 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates a power output of 250 hp and 320 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is further connected to a SKYACTIV®-Drive six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift and sport mode for responsive throttle response. When properly equipped, the 2023 CX-9 can tow a maximum load of up to 3,500 lbs.
