How Many Mazdas Have a Sunroof?

It may not be talked about too often, but a sunroof is a classic, fun feature for any car. Driving down the street with the air blowing in, having the chance to throw your hands really into the air and have some fun, having a sunroof just makes the car a more fun and enjoyable ride for driver and passenger alike.

The Mazda is a fun brand of cars with plenty of different models and trim levels with the capacity for a sunroof. To save you some time we’ll go through a few of the models so you can know before you head to the dealership which car to go for if you’re in the hunt for a sunroof.

  • Mazda3 4-Door with touring trim and popular equipment package
  • Mazda3 5-Door with touring 2.5 trim
  • Mazda6 with touring trim and touring Bose®/moonroof/satellite radio package
  • Mazda CX-5 with touring trim with touring premium package
  • Mazda CX-9 with touring trim with touring premium package or signature trim

All models also come with a sunroof if you chose the Grand Touring trim level. So, there are definitely a lot of options when it comes to getting a sunroof in your new Mazda. It is not available on the Miata or Miata RF models though and other trim levels won’t have the sunroof either. Some models may say they have a sunroof or moonroof, but they are usually talking about the same thing.
