Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE Safety Technology
New cars are getting more powerful and more fuel-efficient as the years go by, but they are also becoming safer to drive. With new technology and advancements in automotive safety, new cars, crossovers and SUVs are giving drivers the safety they want and need in their next new car. Leading the industry with its innovative safety features is Mazda. Helping the Mazda brand become one of the leaders in automotive safety is its new Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE safety technology platform. Mazda’s i-ACTIVSENSE is an umbrella term that covers a series of advanced safety technologies that use the latest detection devices including cameras, milliwave radar systems and near-infrared lasers.
All of the new Mazda safety technologies are designed to help prevent and protect the driver and passengers in every new Mazda vehicle. Mazda’s i-ACTIVSENSE safety technology includes active features that help support safe driving by helping drivers recognize hazards and dangerous situations before they happen. There are also many pre-crash safety technologies that help avoid collisions or at least reduce the severity of an accident if it cannot be avoided.
