Dear Sir,
My wife owns a 2014 25th anniversary MX5 with only 5k miles on the clock.
I’ve been trying to find an update for the satnav for several months with no luck.
Can you help?
Kind regards
Mark
I have the same problem. The instruction is download the ‘Mazda Toolbox’ from the Mazda website.
Yea , right !! If you can find the laptop download for the Mazda Toolbox on the official Mazda Website your a better man than me !!!.
So I tried the ‘chat’ with ‘Alice’. A waste of time.
A reply from a chatbot that says call us in office hours and we’ll talk you through it . Really helpful (not!).
How can an ace car maker like Mazda from Japan – the land of digital technology – profess to have an update ‘toolbox’ on it website …….but not actually make it easily accessible ????????????????
