2017 Easter Egg Hunts and Events near Brookfield, WI

Spring has finally hit and hopefully warmer weather isn’t too far behind. Spring, of course, means Easter to many Americans. Brunches, Easter Bunny visits, and Easter egg hunts are going to be in full force for the next couple of weeks so if you are in the Milwaukee area and are looking for fun family-friendly Easter events near Brookfield, Milwaukee, Waukesha and the surrounding areas check out these local favorites.  

Easter Egg Hunt at Marx Park in Brookfield

Saturday, April 15th the Town of Brookfield will be having an Easter egg hunt at Marx Park at 10 am. Children 8 years old and under are invited to participate in the Easter egg hunt and children will be grouped by ages. They will also have their Easter Egg “Crawl” for the tiny egg-hunters. This event is free and children must bring their own basket and after there will be photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

Toddler Time Easter Egg Hunt at Sky Zone Milwaukee

Sky Zone in Milwaukee is hosting their annual Easter Egg-Stravaganza Toddler Time on April 7th from 10:30 to 12:00 pm, April 8th from 8:30 to 10:00 am, and April 9th from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Tickets are $12 per toddler and include 90 minutes of jump time, an egg hunt, Easter craft and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Buy tickets online to reserve your spot.  

Egg Day at the Milwaukee County Zoo

Egg Day at the Milwaukee County Zoo is April 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Children ages 8 and under can search for special Easter-theme tokens and redeem them for sweet treats. There will be a parade with the Easter bunny and his character friends. There will also be crafts and entertainment. Regular admission and parking rates apply so check out their website for more information.

Cheep, Cheep Easter Celebration and Bunny Train at The Elegant Farmer

The Elegant Farmer is hosting their Easter even on April 8th, 9th and 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Easter Bunny will be there and kids can enjoy baby chicks, guinea pigs as well. This is a great informative event as well. There will be specialty foods including Cider Baked ham, fresh breads, Easter basket candies and more. See their website for more information.
