Wanted to say thank you to your staff for the excellent service and consideration I received recently at Hall. As you may know, a couple years back my Protégé 5 experienced some problems shortly after I bought it. These problems were eventually traced back to an error in the engines original assembly back at the factory. Tom Abendschein guided me through the lengthy process and numerous service visits to get this problem diagnosed and resolved. When the same car required $700 worth of repairs three weeks after the factory warranty had expired, I contacted Mazda at Toms suggestion and after talking to you, they approved these expenses at Mazdas expense. I appreciate the customer service and attention that your department has afforded me in these matters and would recommend Hall Volkswagen Mazda to my friends and family. Dick Pankratz

Hi Rick, I bought a car from Hall Imports a couple of weeks ago - it was a Mazda 3. I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
